Refund Policy

All products sold on lovetomakeit.com are digital products — downloadable files and online courses. No physical goods are shipped. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.

 

Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, as implemented in Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as downloadable files), provided that:

(a)   delivery commenced immediately upon purchase; and

(b)   the customer expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal at the time of purchase.

 

By completing checkout on lovetomakeit.com, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby forfeit your right of withdrawal in accordance with the above provisions.

 

Digital products that have been successfully delivered are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the specific circumstances set out below.

 

If your downloaded file is technically defective — meaning it cannot be opened using standard software, is corrupt, or does not match the product description — you are entitled to a remedy under the following procedure.

 

How to report a defective file:

•       Email us at hello@lovetomakeit.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase date

•       Include your order number

•       Describe the defect clearly (screenshots or error messages are helpful)

 

How we will resolve it:

(a)   We will first send you a functional replacement file, within 3 working days of receiving your report.

(b)   If the replacement file also proves defective, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

 

Refund reports received more than 7 calendar days after the purchase date will not ordinarily be accepted, unless the defect was not reasonably discoverable within that period.

 

No refund is issued for Courses once access has been granted.

Please review the course description and any available preview materials carefully before purchasing.

If course content is technically inaccessible (e.g., videos fail to load or content is missing), please contact us at hello@lovetomakeit.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by applicable mandatory law.

 

If subscription products are offered in the future, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period, unless required by applicable mandatory law.

 

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of Love to Make It confirming the right to a refund. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any right that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your country of residence. EU Consumers may be entitled to additional rights under the national law of their country of habitual residence.
